Atlanta, GA – February 19, 2019 – zumBrunnen, Inc., an independent building consulting firm, is presenting an educational session at the LeadingAge Georgia Maintenance Professionals Symposium being held February 20, 2019 at the Georgia Terrace in Atlanta, GA. Doug McMillan, P.E., President, will be speaking about the importance of preventative maintenance programs.

Doug will explain how the real penalty for deferring maintenance that becomes a “breakdown event” is not two or three times the cost of the original repair; but can easily become a mind blowing 15:1 ratio or even exceed a 40:1 ratio in terms of cost.
