Doug McMillan, P.E., President, will be speaking about the importance of preventative maintenance programs.
Doug will explain how the real penalty for deferring maintenance that becomes a “breakdown event” is not two or three times the cost of the original repair; but can easily become a mind blowing 15:1 ratio or even exceed a 40:1 ratio in terms of cost. He will offer tips on how to develop, manage and maintain an effective preventative maintenance program.

Doug McMillan, P.E., is President of zumBrunnen, Inc. He began his engineering career in 1980, and he joined zumBrunnen, Inc. in 1998. McMillan received his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, GA.
