zumBrunnen prepared a Campus Wide FacilityForecast report for our community. The reports are informative and user-friendly. The FacilityForecast reports have streamlined our budget process. Instead of reviewing the condition of all our assets, we focus our time on those assets forecasted to require replacement in the particular budget year. We have also found the Annual Budget Totals Tables helpful in forecasting and prioritizing asset replacement and capital improvements. In our opinion, the most valuable aspect of the program is its simplicity; it is very user-friendly.
